イベント案内を使わせていただいています。
便利なモジュール有難うございます。

さて、PHPデバッグモードにすると次のようなメッセージが出ます。

どうすれば消えるのでしょうか？

XOOPS2 ではその定数を使ってないようなので、戻り値を削除すれば良いでしょう。

eguide/blocks/ev_top.php 44行目
　　return array("content"=>$content, "title"=>_MI_EGUIDE_HEADLINE);
