The myht.org service is currently experiencing a steady state of high load, making it difficult to build new sites.

The majority of the load is caused by bots (crawlers). Abandoned MediaWiki sites are particularly targeted for spam purposes.
Please actively delete any unused, abandoned sites.

Also, please contact us (by commenting on this thread) if you believe a site has been abandoned without an administrator.
We will delete it with webmaster privileges.

追放投票って何でしょうか? 多数決で特定の利用者を追放するのは不正だと思います。

サーバの負荷を軽減するために、稼働していないサイトを削除したいなら、妥当と思われる手続きを決めた上で、特定のサイトを削除すれないい訳で、追放投票(にっこり)という記述は腑に落ちません。
