一応、私の方でデータベースの更新スクリプトを実行しておきました。

xxupdate.php が実行できなかったのは、LocalSettings.php に記述間違いがいくつか含まれているのが原因でアップグレードが中止されたものと思われます。

具体的には次の警告が出ています。
