TLS 1.3 support need upgrade to some base software(httpd/openssl).
The software upgrade can be source build. But after maintain will be hard.

Good solution is OS replace newer version.
But that is becomes other problem for application softwares now working.

I think rebuild myht.org system with newer OS in local. And make upgrade plan.
Then TLS 1.3 support is after finish all that.


Umm... I'm fall pithole legacy problem for maintainace. (;_;)
