Yes, after updating the module from this page:
/modules/system/admin.php
3 warnings appear - at the bottom.

I do have "eguide/templates/eguide_item.html" in my templates folder. I checked that first. It must be something else. The events display properly so the template is working but for some reason, I have those warnings after update. Have you tried an update in 2.2.4 - and at the bottom of page no warnings appear?
