I found where to edit it in functions.php. I'm sorry for all the trouble. It's just that the host has set a limit on how many emails are sent on the server so I needed to reduce emails - especially if Events gets busy!

When I disable the notification setting in the event - no emails are sent to admin or poster. When I enable notification, notification emails are sent to both poster and admin group. How can I turn off one of the emails - preferably the poster? Can I edit php code somewhere?
