XCL and XOOPS 2.0 JP configuration now follow language (Japanese/English).

XOOPS 2.0/XOOPS 2.2 configuration build english site, now.
MediaWiki also follow language setting. OpenPNE is Japanese only.

A famous Blog system "WordPress" was supported here. Choose another system(Misc.), you can install that.

なし XCL Extra Language 2.1.3 problem

When XCL Extra Language 2.1.3 package installed, there is problem that some image file replaced korian version.
This problem fixed go to "Package Add" page and select two package "XCL Extra Language" and "XOOPS Cube Legay", and go on "Install".
