I Teste ccenter in xoops cube 217rc, and in debug php this message appears:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:legacy_xoopsform_themeform.html" in /home/piadas/public_html/class/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1092

In frontpage, in page of the module, when I clicked this message appears in the form

Sobre*: Necessário informar este campo Confirmar E-mail*: O valor informado é inadequado

Umm... Is it relay ccenter module?

"legacy_xoopsform_themeform.html" is a legacy module's template. It looks lost the template by something.

Will you try module update "legacy" module for recover template. Or make a copy the template to use template manager.
