Hello! I created this wiki but I don't know how to add bureaucrat userrights to my account, can you help me please?

Set
$wgGroupPermissions['user']['userrights'] = true;
to allow users to add any rights to their account. After then, immediately revoke the permission by removing the line.

The file is LocalSettings.php located in /html/LocalSettings.php
If you cannot find it or still have problems to add crat to your account, you may set the file [html] to be writable (Mysite -> choose your site -> permissions) and I will help you to do it at the backend.

Just any lines actually after $wgServer is set. If you can’t do it you can set it to writable and I will assist
