You can remove the restriction by yourself by deleting html/.htaccess.
(Files can be deleted using the MySite >> Folder menu)

Certain pages on moviepedia.myht.org are continually being visited.
Access to the same page is 1672 times a day, and there are several similar accesses.
It is accessed at regular intervals, and there is a suspicion of a disguised bot.

how can we prevent the site from future restrictions also if we have any kind of spam views, we have abuse filters and automatic restrictions set in place
