You can upgrade by MySite menu.(choose Package Add)

After upgrade probem, fix database to access {YOUR_DOMAIN}/xxupdate.php script.

By the way, I discard OS upgrade in this time. Just install MariaDB 10.
OS upgrade need too much modification.
