Well, MediaWiki 1.39 required MariaDB 10.
Need to upgrade and check all other software compatibility and maintainance later.
And also other software version EOL recent.

So I plan to upgrade operating system this site. (Shude be CentOS stream 9?)
But this is more hard to check. Sorry give me more time.

MediaWiki 1.39.0 is ready to use.
You can upgrade by MySite menu.(choose Package Add)

After upgrade probem, fix database to access {YOUR_DOMAIN}/xxupdate.php script.

By the way, I discard OS upgrade in this time. Just install MariaDB 10.
OS upgrade need too much modification.
